Granted, it does not fit well into the society of conveniences that we currently live in, but it is nice to know that a company can survive today based on personal, face to face, and usually life-long relationships. Will Red Wing Shoe need to adapt to our culture of convenience in the future, and create a process for online sales? Most likely, but I wouldn't look for it soon.
