It is my understanding that the man sitting to the left of the driver in the German helmet is my grandfather, Joe Elton from Montreal. He was killed in a car accident in the 50s so I never met him. This picture appeared in Macleans years ago but we lost our copy. To have this is a real gift as my first son is named Joseph.
