		<description>People anywhere you go, be that Guadalajara or somewhere else, will always be more relaxed than in México City. I&#039;ve been here almost three years now -and I have to admit I come from a very small city: Asunción, Paraguay, so the contrast is higher- and the thing that stroke me most, and still does till now, is all those street signs, like the grafitti you described, all painted on to the walls, promoting those help groups: neurotics anonymous. Everywhere. 24 million people going through this place and making smog and noise: that cannot be relaxed. Not at all.
