I TIVO'ed and just finished watching 'Mugging.' Hilarious. Thank you for bringing it up. I especially liked the NZ consulate's bemoaning the fact that even though he advises visitors to avoid crowds and stay in back alleys, they nevertheless manage to get mugged at a high rate.
